Pay the deposit:

We ask for a 25% deposit to be paid by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal at the time of booking to secure your dates and the final balance to be paid up to 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Please note: For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Pay the Balance:

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. We will email you a reminder nearer the time the balance is due. A returnable breakage deposit of £250 is also payable at this time.

Cancellation charges in respect of property rental.

Up to 8 weeks before commencement of holiday - forfeit of deposit.
Within 8 weeks of holiday - the total cost will be forfeited.
